A dash of red chili flakes to taste

A pinch of sugar

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup milk

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pot over medium heat.

2. Add onion and sauté for 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

3. Add tomato sauce, bouillon cube, basil, red chili flakes, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

5. Use sauce with pasta.
